Girls U10 Green extinguish all competition at Lady Flames Tournament

The Girls U10 Green team took home the Gold at this weekend's Lady Flames tournament.  The Green squad has struggled to find their offensive capability through their first 3 regular season games (0-1-2) but certainly found it this weekend outscoring their opponents 34 to 3 in five games.

U10 Green bested New York's Westchester County Vipers, Connecticut's Jr Falcons and Marlboro host Lady Flames, with relentless fore-checking, well executed defensive zone puck movement and outstanding goaltending.   The championship game was a nail biter with U10 Green downing the high flying Jr. Falcons in a 2-1 decision.
