Squirt A Black Wins Global Holiday Tournament

Congratulations to the Bay State Breakers Squirt A Black team who won the championship in the 2009 Global Hockey Christmas Tournament for the Squirt Division.

The Squirt A Black team captured the championship of the 2009 Global Hockey Christmas Tournament. The team went undefeated in the tournament, outscoring their opponents by a wide margin. In the first game, the team overcame an early 2 goal deficit to Team Czech Republic by coming back to win 5-4. Next up was Team USA and in this tilt, the team never was behind and won the game by a final score of 4-1. Team Canada was the next opponent and the team displayed its offensive and defensive talents by beating Team Canada 7-0. Team USA was their opponent in the championship game and the team once again was an offensive and defensive force by posting another shutout for the Championship with a solid 5-0 victory.
